We are always very happy with the product and the service from you however the delivery time was very disappointing.
Items were delivered 2-3 weeks after the expected date which was very stressful for our volunteers to get these out to families. Given that we have had this poor delivery experience 3 years in a row, would it be possible for you to consider using a better delivery service ?

Really great print job, great turnaround time. If anything, I'd recommend on the templates a tiny bit more space for the staple as it is near the edge of the writing space and since the tickets are nice and thick, it makes it a little tricky to write on.
