Delivery Time

We are always very happy with the product and the service from you however the delivery time was very disappointing.
Items were delivered 2-3 weeks after the expected date which was very stressful for our volunteers to get these out to families. Given that we have had this poor delivery experience 3 years in a row, would it be possible for you...Read More
